Is walk-in registration available?
Yes! Go to the Registration Tent to fill out a registration form. Please note that Early-Bird Registration rates are available through July 16, 2015. Pre-Registration rates are available through August 7, 2015. After that regular registration rates apply.

When is the registration tent open?
The registration tent, located at the Campus Pond, near the Student Union Building/Campus Center.

Saturday August 15th 7:00am-2:00pm & 5:00pm-7:00pm

Can I pay with a Credit Card for walk-in registration?
Yes, you can pay with your credit card. NOFA processes payments through PayPal Mobile Swipe. If necessary, credit card information will be written down on the registration form and processed at a later time, which we hope will help us make the line move efficiently. We accept checks and cash as well. There are ATM machines on the UMass Amherst Campus in the Campus Center.

Can I make changes/cancel to my registration?
Yes, sign-in with the username and password you created and you can make changes to your registration. Changes can be made up until July 30th. Cancelations need to be requested via email to Christine@nofamass.org, and refunds are given minus $15/person processing fee and transaction fees, and minus one night of housing (when applicable) until July 30th. We encourage substitutions if you end up being unable to attend as the refund policy ends July 30th.

Will I receive a program book before the conference?
No. Program books will be available at the Registration Tent at the Conference. All the information in the program book is also available ahead of the conference on the NOFA Summer Conference website.

I plan on attending the pre-conference is the children's conference running then?
Yes, there will be a separate fee for Child Watch on Friday 9am-12:30pm during the 1/2 preconference time. The Children's Conference is part of the Summer Conference Program, has a separate fee and begins on Friday at 2pm.

Are the workshop rooms and dormitories handicapped accessible?
All workshops in the main Campus Center are handicapped accessible. The bathrooms on the 8th and 9th floor of the Campus Center are not handicapped accessible. The North Apartments (noted as "Dorm Suite" on the registration form) are handicapped accessible.
