Please note** At midnight on Tuesday, August 10, walk-in registration prices will go into effect. Online registration will remain open throughout the conference. However, after August 10, you will no longer be able to purchase meals or housing online. You will be able to purchase dining hall meals directly when you arrive, from the UMass dining services staff, at Worcester Dining Hall.

Registration hours are
Friday, August 13th from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm;
Saturday, August 14th from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm;
Sunday, August 15th from 7:00 am - 10:00 am and 1:00-3:30 pm.

Only standard dorm rooms will be available to walk-in registrants; as of August 10, the dorm suite/deluxe housing option will be closed. Housing will be assigned to walk-in registrants on a first-come, first-served basis by the registration staff. The registration area is under the big tent on the pond lawn.
